Sat down in person to interview, you get to see around the school and really get a feel for how everything is ran. I only talked to one person, but I hear sometimes there are more than one person interviewing you.

Interview
I was invited for an in person interview after I applied more than 6 months prior. In the interview, both of the supervisors were very unprofessional. The one I was supposed to interview with sat in but did not conduct the interview. She intervened randomly to ask questions that were unimportant. I felt very unwelcome through the whole process.
