We work diligently to be very clear about the expectations and the workload. Our full time, salaried position requires a minimum of 27 billed sessions (including no show and late cancellations). We schedule no more than 7 appointments in an 8 hour day and never more than 4 in a row, with the expectation that 5-6 will be billable. This is to account for our standard cancellation rate. We do not expect to have more than 35 appointments scheduled, and caseloads are reviewed weekly and adjusted to maintain the minimum billable requirement.
