For a company that preaches the importance of streamlining and expedited hiring processes to its clients, they certainly don't take that value to heart internally. Candidates go through at least four remote interviews with various teams, It is an exhausting process. Time could be better spent in a slightly longer format with key stakeholders.

The process was short but the assessment was one of the hardest Ive ever taken, In my opinion, companies that solely base their candidates on how well they do when they take a test, it's a company I want to work for,
