I applied online. I interviewed at The McIntyre LAW FIRM (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2024
Interview
I received a phone call to do a video Interview via google meets. The questions were pretty simple. However, connection was in and out, so we did a phone interview instead. However, when the internet connection started messing up I should have just ended it there. This was one of the most unprofessional interviews Ive EVER had. While on video this man walks by the computer and makes a face of disgust starring right at me. He probably assumed I couldn't see him, but I could see everything. It was so unprofessional and these are supposed to be the people handling elders and their problems....After looking on Glassdoor I noticed this company has a race issue using the derogatory word for African American freely in the office, so it all made sense. I knew I wasn't going to get the position not because of my skills, but because of my race which is unfortunate....for them. This company is sad and if you're an African American please save yourself the time and do not apply!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The McIntyre LAW FIRM (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2023
Interview
There wasn’t really an interview. The CEO just talks about himself and how great his firm is. You’d be lucky to get a word or question in as he continuously speaks about himself.

Question 1
As I said, he really only speaks about the importance of his firm and of himself.
