Very quick and simple. I reached out directly to hiring manager with a detailed cover letter. Then we set up a quick 30 minute call. Got the decision within the next few days
easy and relaxing. The interviewee was young and enthusiastic and asked a lot about my past job experiences and what skills I could contribute to the matter group. Questions weren't too difficult to answer
