Recently, I had the opportunity to participate in an interview that stood out for its remarkably relaxed atmosphere and direct approach. This interview, conducted by a well-prepared and friendly interviewer, was a refreshing departure from the norm. In this article, I will describe my experience in this unique interview setting and highlight the qualities that made it particularly memorable. The Casual Setting: Right from the moment I entered the interview room, I could sense the informality of the setting. The room was well-lit and comfortable, devoid of any intimidating elements that are often associated with formal interviews. The absence of a large desk between the interviewer and me instantly put me at ease.
