First I had an Interview with a Placement International's Agent. The Interview was through telephone and he describe the offer and some of the beneffits of working in The Little Nell and also described the hiring process. The second interview was in person with the recruiter of The Little Nell and she was so charming and polite, she asked why do I want to work there and some of my experience. Both interviews were in English.
