Very friendly and great. What you would expect from a kid friendly job. Some singing and demonstration of basic gymnastics knowledge. It was a pleasant experience overall to say the least
The interview process was overly long. 3 different interviews. 2 through zoom and a final in person observation interview. Please do not waste your time applying if you do not have all of the experience: gymnastics, managerial, customer, and child-parent interaction. They do not seem willing to make an investment on anyone who doesn't already fit every box. My time was wasted and being dragged through 3 rounds of interviews to be declined for something preventable is not very professional. A single interview or 2 interviews would have been more than enough. The people were nice, but the process was too long and vague.

Question 1
Would you be willing to travel out of state for training?
Why are you looking to leave your current job?
What drew you to The Little Gym?
I applied online. I interviewed at The Little Gym (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2026
Interview
In a group interview at the gym, we were paired and had to demonstrate equipment as if we were speaking to children. We were assigned themes and had to tailor our demonstrations to them. We had a few minutes to plan and then present to the rest of the interviewees and interviewers. Fun, low-pressure. The interview was the length of a full class, so around 2 hours.
