Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry that you had a bad experience interviewing with me. I remember the interview and I enjoyed speaking with you and it seemed, at the time, that you were enjoying it. That is important to us. We try to provide a warm and comfortable interview process. Clearly, we don’t always succeed. I asked you about your Mac experience because, while you applied for a Windows admin job, you listed “Mac OSX” under the section entitled, “Special Training and Skills” on your resume. A cross-platform person is valuable to us so I needed to understand the boundaries of your Mac skills. After you left, our recruiter (who sat in on the interview) suggested that you seemed flustered by having the Mac questions come first and, as a result, we changed our process so that, going forward, we will ask the questions related to a person’s primary skillset before we ask the more ancillary ones. I am sorry we didn’t have that policy in place in time for your interview - even before you wrote your review we had changed the way we operate for the better. Best of luck to you.
