I was interviewed twice prior to being hired. First round was done by the System Administrator and Network Administrator. The second interview Network Administrator and Support Desk Specialist. They were all super nice. A week or so after tje second interview they called me to say i got the postion as a Help Desk Support. They decided to choose me due to my excellent customer service and call handling skills.
