The interview process itself was very straightforward. I applied through LinkedIn, received a reply to schedule a phone screening within a few days, then an in-person interview with a center "tour." I got to shadow a classroom for one of the toddler rooms as well, which I thought was very helpful. However, the center's director completely ghosted me even though they confirmed that they'd reach out with a response after a few days. I also reached out after the interview but received no response. It felt a bit unprofessional on their part.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Learning Experience (Balham, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process went well. I had done my first interview online and then I was invited into the nursery in East Finchley to see how everything operates. After this I did not receive any form of communication regarding my application until I reached out with a email and a phone call and was then told that I did not get the offer. I truly believe if I had not reached out I would have not gotten any response from them which is very unprofessional and quite cruel. I do not recommend applying here.
