I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Leadership Institute (Alexandria, VA) in Aug 2015
Interview
i applied online via Conservative jobs. in my profile I had my resume, a writing sample, and my positions on specific policies. I received a phone call a few days later, i was asked a few standard questions(what are your qualifications, why do you feel you are qualified for the job, etc.), along with if I had access to a laptop, driving license and a car. I got a phone call later that day from someone else offering for me to come up to DC for a week long audition for a job. For the next week, about 58 people were vying for 25 spots to be a field rep. The training included class time where we learned how to be successful and then field exercises to see how we would do out on the field
