I applied online the day the position was posted, as I had a job alert and profile already set up. I heard immediately - which was great! I was asked to complete an online digital interview via email and a phone call. I completed the online interview within the week. I then had a phone screen fairly quickly after that, with the Recruiting lead that was very positive and encouraging. Weeks went by and I heard nothing so followed up via phone and email. Unfortunately nothing progressed and I was given no communication on why, despite asking for closure either way. Very disappointing as the conversation was positive and was hoping for an in person meeting. Even if they decided I was not the right fit or the position changed it would have been the right thing to do to tell me since I was in process and had contact already with the hiring team. Leaves a negative view on the employment experience end.
