Interview
The interview process was pretty nonpersonal. I first completed a digital interview where there's a recording of someone asking you a question, you then have 30 seconds to think over your answer and then you record your answer. The questions were pretty straightforward but it can be awkward recording a video of yourself. A few days later I was contacted by HR where she explained the position a little more and asked me a few follow up questions. She then said the hiring manager would be in touch either way within the week, however I never heard anything back.
Started off with a virtual interview with three questions and three mental games that were timed. Then I proceeded with recruiter interview. She asked the basic questions. Lasted about 15 minutes. Prefer in person interviews.

Interview
First I had a pre-recorded video interview that was then followed by an in-person interview. The pre-recorded video interview was great because you saw the question ahead of time (1 min to prep) and then you had a couple of minutes to elaborate on the question.

Interview
I went through the digital interview for a Marketing Coordinator position. It was awkward at first as you essentially are watching yourself interview as you are doing it. After you get over the initial awkwardness, it is not all that bad. Questions were very basic in nature. There was no real overview of the position in the interview as it was an automated process.
