Informal interview conducted online! Had a chat to get to know me, asked questions about my occupation at time of interview, why I was interested in volunteering with them, asked me questions related to my answers on their application form. Overall really friendly informal process.

Why do you want to work with TKN? What sort of thing would you plan for you and your mentee to do? Are you able to commit to a year working with the same mentee (without an absence in the first 1-3 months)?

Interview
Interviewed by current role holder and the CEO. Very friendly and relaxed approach. I prepared a task for them that wasn't referenced at all in the interview, which I found odd. Questions were quite general and skills-based. A couple of 'tell us what you think are the priorities in this role' or 'what do you think the day to day would look like' type questions. Was asked what superpower I would choose as a final question.
