Typical Interview. They presented as a normal, nice employer. Little did I know how screwed up the management culture really was? If their idea of a Monday morning meeting is pointing out all the negatives of their co-workers and composing a ranking system, what does that really say about the company? Okay I'm kind of nauseous and make about 5x more than I did working there, so I'm gonna end this now hahaha

It was a casual group interview. The interviewer introduced the history of company, and how long she has been working for the company. She then described benefits, and job duties of this position for the most part of interview.
