They have a very poor interview process. The HRs are not connected with each other and not aware of the hiring process. First I was interviewed by their project manager, then the practice leader and finally I had the HR round. After this process I was told that the job offer would be released and I was asked to share all my documents for proceed with the offer letter release. I shared all the documents assuming that I would be hired. The next day I was told by the HR that there would be 2 more rounds of the interview as there was some miscommunication between the HRs. Though it was surprising, yet I agreed and appeared for the interviews. This time again after the interviews I was told that the offer letter would be released soon and they asked me to provide the contacts for referral check. The next day again I got the call from the HR mentioning that there would be another round of interview with Practice Head (based out of US). I appeared for this interview as well. After the interview, the HR told me to complete their assessment (which ideally should happen after the interview feedback is provided and the onboarding is initiated). I completed the assessment as well. Now after all the processes / interviews were done, the HR called me and said that my candidature has been rejected because there was NETWORK ISSUE during my call with the President due to which he could not hear me properly. I don't have word to define this sort of feedback. The HR added that the President would visit India after a month, till then they will assess other candidates. If they do not find a good candidate for the role and if I would be available till then, then the President would meet me to assess me again for the role. P.S.: One of the HR during the interview asked me that the existing employees do not trust this organization as this is a new setup in India and the existing employees do not feel secure and confident working with this company, so how would I handle this team. I want to ask the HR, if this is the way you work, how would anyone feel secure and confident to work with you. I have lost trust even before joining your organization so I can feel the distrust that the existing employees have for the Judge group.
