Interview
I applied online & received a call within 2 weeks to be asked to come in for an interview. The first interview was about half an hour, quite informal chat about myself, my experience and the role. I was asked back for a 2nd interview a few days later with the regional manager I had another quite informal chat with him and was then offered the job.
