It was straight forward. The interviewer asked me about my previous work experience and we mostly answered my questions about work hours, duties, responsibilities, etc. Much simpler than other jobs.

Interview
As a PILOT Leader for linear Algebra, they asked me to teach them something of my choice. Then the next round was a technical interview on basic topics ranging from Gaussian elimination to Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors.

Wasnt too bad. They ask about what you are doing on campus and how your current and past classes can relate to what you will do on the job and future jobs.
