The International Legal Foundation interview questions

I had a phone interview with the gentleman program director. Honestly, it was really awkward and unnecessarily intense for an unpaid internship. There were several “trick” questions. This was during the summer of 2020 and I’m only leaving a review now because I’ve had several interview experiences since then and remembered how cringe this was in comparison.

The interview process was straightforward and consisted of an individual call with two staff members from the ILF office and a follow-up mock assignment focusing on aspects of the communications side of the role.
