I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Folsom, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Was contacted by associate support they interviewed me then I had a second interview with store manager. Both asked standard interview questions the entire process was simple and both associates were very easy to talk to. I was surprised by how cool this company was. They had training for me and they didn't tell me when to do it. They basically said just come and go as much as you'd like and when you finish we'll put you on schedule. This is such an awesome company

Online interview / pre-screening consisted of basic questions like: what's your experience with technology? When's a time you worked in a team? What's your availability? At the end, they say whether you are fit for an in person interview or not and they will set it up for you
Simple interview with the woman who ran the HR department at our store. Basic behavioral questions and then questions about my availability and work preferences. Overall the interview was very easy and was just there to screen for professional responses.
