Good interview process with standard Star questions. Two interviewers asking questions. Pay not discussed until phone call offer. They were prompt with our scheduled time and went over the stores expectations as well as asking what I was hoping for by joining their team.

They ask questions about how you would deal with an integrity issue. They ask questions about how you go above and beyond to help a customer. They ask questions about your availability. They ask questions about how you solve problems.
Quick and easy. Same basic questions as any retail environment. Pay is not good. Management will help to ensure you understand the questions that are being asked. Must provide weekend availability and open hours to be full time.
