Very straight forward and asked mostly behavioral questions. Asked questions about your physicality in regards to lifting heavy things. Was very easy interview, questions were not technical. Asked about work background and situational cases.

What would you do in an instance where a customer wanted to return an item but it was open already?
easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
