sat down with a manager, in an enclosed room. In my experience she was very nice and it was more of a conversation than a formal interview. Asked very basic questions that are meant to vet you more as a person.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Deptford Township, NJ)

Management was fairly friendly. There was a second interview with the manager after speaking to HR.
