The interview process was pretty straight forward. The company is always conducting interviews and you are generally offered the job on the spot if they like you. I came in for my interview (just one) at 130, I was filling out paperwork by 215. It's actually a very transparent process overall. I had no problems whatsoever

easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company

They asked standardized questions and used a standard skills assessments, had a diverse interview panel, and was transparent about the interview process. They emphasized upward mobility at the job and gave the candidate an opportunity to ask any questions they had
