Easy and quick arrangement of interview. First I was contacted for a phone interview after applying online then called in 2 weeks later for a face to face interview with the Supervisor and a Department Supervisor. I was offered the position a week later and was called into a roundtable meeting with other associates for an introduction of the company and work procedures.

The interview process was straightforward, focusing mainly on understanding benefits and basic expectations. It felt more like an orientation than a traditional interview, with an emphasis on introducing the role and responsibilities.

Good interview. The interviewer was very nice and respectful. Standard questions and nothing that would be unexpected. I would be happy to have a similar interview again in the future if I apply again.
