I did the online application. Within one week I received a phone call from the Front End Supervisor, but she did not leave a message or anything (I had a missed call, no voice mail), so I called back and told them I applied recently, and they transeferred me to the FES. She said she didn't leave a message, because she only wants serious applicants. We scheduled an interview for the next day. I went in to the interview (came in 10 minutes early, had to wait 30 minutes though). My interview was highly informal. We talked as if we knew each other for years. All we did was talk about where we grew up (Wisconsin), how much we like Wisconsin better than the current state we are at, and she really liked my hair. She liked me so much, she had me do my second interview immediately following the interview with her, with the Store Manager. It was all basic questions. They wanted to verify my availability like 4-5 different times. (Funny thing... the store manager got fired before my first day of working.)
