The interview process seemed a little messy. I went in for my interview and was told the job was already filled but was then hired for the role which was confusing.

Situational questions/ prior experience in certain scenerios.
easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
