All of the other posters are correct. The founder/head of this organization has a screw loose. I applied to the EA position posted and noticed there was no salary listed. I was emailed by the founder on a Sunday asking for a few things (typing and excel test) and a couple behavioral questions and salary expectations and depending on that, an interview would be scheduled. Before I did anything else, I told her my salary expectations and received a note back that my expectations was too high/close to her salary so I would be a “no-go.” I explained in my response that listing the salary would help target the appropriate candidates. She then proceeded to incorrectly tell me there was a salary listed. I sent back a screenshot of her own job post where it read “salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications” and is in fact not a range. She responded a day later letting me know she’d look into it. This is an interesting glimpse into her leadership style as the head of the organization- unable to take critical feedback and admit to mistakes. There is still no salary range listed on the job posting and I don't think she ever intended to include it, despite it being mandatory by law.
