I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at The Hershey Company in Sept 2018
Interview
Interviews are star format. Very rigid process. Multiple levels of interviews. HR screening, phone interview, field day, second phone interview, then a panel interview. The field day was challenging. All day starting at 7 am in store.

Question 1
If you could change one thing about business operations from your experience on the field, what would it be?
I applied online. I interviewed at The Hershey Company (Houston, TX)
Interview
The first step was an in person interview
with HR and the hiring manager. You also did a ride along with one of their Sales Reps to see if the position would actually be a good fit for you and if you would be a good fit for the company. The rep evaluates you and advises management if you should move forward in the interview process, etc. Not certain if the process has changed.
I had multiple virtual interviews with friendly employees. After those, I had a field interview where I shadowed an employee in the role I had applied for. That is when I realized the job wasn't for me, though the employee I shadowed seemed to really enjoy his job. The interview process wasn't overly drawn out, it was straight forward, and I have no complaints.
