I started talking to Hershey at a career fair for my school. They called later to se up interview for that week. I heard back from them within 2 weeks of the interview. Easy process.

Interview
Spoke with 4 people all in different sections of Supply Chain within the company. Same interview, but the 4 people were split 2 and 2 in different rooms. Both interviews lasted 30 minutes. Pretty Easy
