Frustrating experience as it seemed as if really no one had the authority to make a hiring decision except for the VP/Director of the division. It interview process could have been made much shorter if it had went from corporate recruiter straight to the Senior VP/Director. In the end, the Senior VP/Director preferred a late entrant, internal candidate.
