Applied online through school career website, where I sent in my resume and cover letter. Afterward I was contacted for a phone interview, but others had face to face interviews. Mostly questions about my resume and why I think it would relate to the position. Also, tested my basic knowledge of The Hartford as a company. After this I was contacted for a final face to face interview. There I was in general presentation for about 30 mins. After that the group split up and we were each interviewed individually 3 separate times by various managers. They got a lot more in depth into our resumes and experiences, as well as testing our analytic thinking. Then they took us out to lunch down the road and fielded a lot of our questions, as well as just general conversation.
