Interview
After submitting your application, if you are a potential candidate they will set up a phone interview with you via email. The phone interview last about 30 minutes. If you pass that portion you’ll be asked to set up a in-person interview. When you arrive for the interview, someone from Talent Acquisition will brief about the job, the candidates they’re looking for, and what the interview will be like. The actual interview is set up as “speed dating” where you’re face to face with 11 different managers. They ask you a question and you have 90 seconds to respond. Be aware the managers do not have your resume so when answering state where you work or go to school for your experience. Be as detailed as you can and full of energy. After they’ll bring you back and ask how everyone is feeling and if you want to work for the company. You are dismissed and should hear back within 2-3 days.
