Simple process. 1 virtual interview and 1 in person. Strange when the President mentioned he doesn't understand the the PC roles but hires them as the PM's request them. President also had a thought mid interview and left the room briefly.

The interview process at Haebler Group was initially promising with a phone screening by the president. However, it became disorganized when the role changed unexpectedly during the second interview without prior communication, leaving me confused and disappointed. The lack of follow-up post the in-person interview further reflected a lack of professionalism.
