Skype interview-- first with one person, then with another who was higher up in the system. Very, very friendly. Easy to talk to. Gave a couple interesting scenarios of "what would you do"s. Called back the next day. They explained the school in further detail to me, which was helpful. They made the school seem really refined, nice to work in, and a serious school for dancers. Could've been a bit more clear about day to day functions of the job. Offered to let me speak with their current employee of the job when I asked, but I didn't take them up on it because I'd already decided not to take the job.
