I was asked to do a logic test before the interview. It wasn’t that difficult so it was fine. But I have waited the interviewer, who is also the business owner, for more than 30 mins outside the meeting room. The interviewer didn’t ask me to present my previous works. He asked for my opinion but he soon got overly defensive. He would become self-contradictory just to disagree you. I guess he just wants people to say his idea is the best even it’s not. Somehow at the end he still said I’m a suitable candidate and I got the offer few days later. I accepted the offer because of my laziness. But I soon quit the job as I realised I’m incapable to bear such rude and arrogant micromanaging boss in long term.
