However, despite following up politely on WhatsApp for feedback, I received no response or communication afterward. Selection or rejection is completely understandable, but keeping candidates informed is a basic professional courtesy. The interview process initially felt positive, but the lack of communication afterward seemed quite unprofessional and disappointing.
