I applied online. I interviewed at The Greysmith Companies (Providence, RI) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was not bad. Had three separate interviews, all which I thought went relatively well. Third and final interview w/ Owner was done via Microsoft Teams. In the middle of the interview, they had to take another call and asked me to call back in 20 minutes. After third and final interview, I waited one week to get in touch with the main individual who was my contact. They stated they weren't going to make a decision for a couple weeks. After 4 weeks of waiting, still no comment back from the company. Being a recruiter, and interviewing with a recruitment firm, I deem it unprofessional to not get back to me, even if the decision was me not being the right fit.

I applied through university. I interviewed at The Greysmith Companies
Interview
Phone interview was more of a conversation about why I wanted the job and what my futur career goals were. As well as if my schedule fit the time. It was more to see if I’d like it.
