It was very straightforward, they asked me a few questions about my skills and experience. Why I moved on from my previous role and what got me into this field.

I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

Name a time when you had to deal with a behavioral issue with a child and speak to parents

Interview
It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
