I applied through other source. I interviewed at The GelBottle Inc (Brighton, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
Don't bother even applying or even trying to do an interview. I was asked to an interview with someone who's only been in the company for a month asking the most inappropriate questions. Asking questions like why haven't not a found a job near home... that has nothing to do with you.
When it came to asking questions to the recruiter they had NO clue as they've only been in the role for a month.
I get an email 4 weeks later stating we're still deciding on applicants. I reckon by now the role is filled but they've probably not bothered telling us as per usual. Do NOT apply.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The GelBottle Inc (Brighton, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
From submitting my application to receiving the job offer, the whole process took just 11 days - incredibly efficient. Communication throughout was excellent, with Toby keeping me updated at every stage and making the process feel smooth and organised. The Interview team were friendly, engaging and made me feel comfortable. It was clear they wanted to get to know me as a person, not just my CV. What really stood out was that they weren't just assessing whether I was right for the role - they also wanted to ensure the opportunity was right for me. That made the experience feel supportive rather than pressured,
Overall, a really positive interview process and a great reflection of the company culture.

Question 1
If other departments are restricted on budget or time, how would you influence them to prioritise your request and get the outcome you need?

Interview
Initial interview and design project, followed by another interview presenting the work. Said interview was great and work was great, but decided they didn't want anyone for the role anymore.
