Very easy, basically just checking if you're a decent enough person who can show up on time. It only lasted like 10 minutes and I was in and out. They hire high schoolers often

I was brought in, given a basic interview. YOu could tell that the woman interviewing me hated her job. She seemed very unhappy, but also as if she didn't care who she hired. They'll hire anyone.

Very friendly and casual. We discussed availability, which department(s) I wanted to work in, and my past experience baking. I was asked a few what-if questions, but it was all common sense. I was offered the job at the end.

It was pretty brief, and as far as job title. They pick for you. I went in to apply as a cashier as I had neck surgery which I made known to hiring manager. And I was told I would be in bakery which involved lifting that I was not able to do.
