I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The GIANT Company (Plumsteadville, PA) in Mar 2011
Interview
It was a good experience the lady was nice and basically told me I had the job right away. She was very honest and told answered every question I had. The only thing I was not fond of was how long it took for them to get me an interview after I had applied online but that probably because there was no openings at the time.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The GIANT Company (Reading, PA) in Oct 2014
Interview
I applied online and was called about a week later for an interview. I sat down at one of their in-store coffee shops with the lady who was in charge of the the employment process (I forget her title, but she was just an associate, not a manager). The interview was super easy and I was offered and accepted a job on the spot.

Question 1
All of the basics:
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
How are you working in a team?
How do you deal with failures and setbacks?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The GIANT Company (Lancaster, PA) in Nov 2012
Interview
The interview was really easy. The hiring manager was very nice and I never felt uncomfortable (unlike my interview at the local Costco). Based on the interview I thought Giant would be an awesome place to work (it hasn't). I got hired on the spot and she even worked it out so that I wouldn't have to start right away because I had plans and was busy with schoolwork at the time.
