I applied online and followed up in-store a week later. A few days after that, they called me for an interview. The interview was in-person and very informal. I met with a hiring manager, and she asked me simple questions about my character and any work or volunteer history. Nothing complicated. They offered me the job on the spot.
Extraordinarily easy, just had to respond to a phone call to schedule an interview, then go in store for a 15 minute interview. Then the decision was returned within the day.
It was a great interview, very informative & helpful. Offered job during the same interview. No negatives except the costumers. People will always have soemthing to say. Great company to work for

Submit an application they call you in for an in-person interview be sure to tell them your age because i was 15 when i was hired and the assitant manager through a big fit and demanded it never happen again.
