I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Flying Saucer (Memphis, TN) in May 2015
Interview
Not difficult. If you have a charming personality and experience you get bumped up a lot. Be engaging but show you can stick to the task at hand. You want to show that you can be pleasing to speak with because they are trying to determine how you will handle guests in the establishment which is very important. Be prepared to display intelligence too! You will need it!
