I applied online. I interviewed at The Engage Partnership in Oct 2024
Interview
The process was quick, friendly and well structured. It made me feel comfortable and allowed me to show my full personality. The first stage consisted of a screening call to see if I fitted the job role and if the job role suited me. The call was extremely warm and friendly, the questions asked were open ended and allowed me to explain in detail about my experiences as well as my motivations and ambition. The next 2 stages consisted of 2 presentations. This part of the process was clearly communicated and meant I was able to show a range of skills.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Engage Partnership (Bristol, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
Interview process was very smooth, advised to dress informally as per their preferred office attire. Throughout the whole process I was made to feel welcome and I was able to get a solid feel of the culture of the business. Spoke to a few different people and each had their own questions for me and style of putting them, but throughout the one common thing I took away was the feel of the culture and how everyone works

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Engage Partnership (Bristol, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
Someone already working at the company reached out to me, I liked their approach so decided to learn more about the opportunity. Interview: Straight forward, easy interview process. After a quick convo with someone in the office, I asked to speak with the boss so we could ensure we got on well before I came to a face to face interview... it felt like a right fit over the phone so I travelled to Bristol 2 days later for my final stage. Fairly informal interview, I prepared a presentation but this wasn't a requirement... not only did I get to meet with the whole team/office and to ask their honest opinions, I also met the senior management team and had some more great conversations. Felt like a great team fit too, exactly what I was looking for.
