I applied online. From the time I applied to the Recruitment Day, the process took around 2 months. There were around 100 candidates on the day and two recruiters. First part of the day started with handing my CV to the recruiters and got my sticker name tag with a number on it. They forgot to bring their projector to present their company/cabin crew lifestyle videos and slides so one recruiter talked while the other sorted CV’s. We then got separated into two groups, one half stayed while the other half left the venue for an hour. The first group got separated even further into two groups where we were paired up and given a card with a random object (mine was alarm clock). We had to discuss, in our pairs, an outside of the box way to use that object and then present it to the group. After this activity we were given a 5min break and then the recruiters called out the numbers that they wanted to continue on through the day. The numbers that didn’t get called were unsuccessful, which unfortunately was me. My advice is don’t forget to SMILE. Speak clearly and stand nice and tall. Even if you don’t feel confident, look confident.

The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview
