Interview
As far as I could tell the interview process was thorough. I interviewed on a Saturday so there wasn't lot of commotion in the office. That allowed me to get a better sense of Mr. Cweren. He was very calm and relaxed during our interview which in turn made it comfortable for me.

just FYI. I was made an offer and I accepted, unfortunately when I went back to see the office, pretty much just to see what I would have to bring ice and items of that nature. it was perceived that I thought too much of a snob. of course that's not what I wanted to put out there. consequently, his offer was rescinded.

Interview
He was over 30 minutes late for the Zoom interview, he had his dog in the room with him that kept making a huge fuss he had to attend to, and he was kind of disheveled during the whole process really. At some point I was just answering questions to get off the call as quick as I could.
