Was invited in for a conversation in store Was welcoming and was more informal. Asked about my self and getting to know about my previous work experience and my hobbies outside work. 2 nd interviewswas with the area manger via online. Asked more management based and skill bad question about transferable skills etc. was slight awkward due to not the interviewer not using his camera but requesting I do so. As well as a few seemly dismissive comment made about my current workplace. I was invited to a in store trial which involved baking some products and begin on the shop floor. I was invited to the next stage of the requirement process and was told that they would be in touch the filling week. There was not communication but the role had been re uploaded on job sites. I did not get any communication until 2 weeks later with a very basic ai generated reply saying due to the amount of applications they can not give feedback. There was myself and 2 others invited to a trial. Honestly a waste of time and a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend save your time.
