Group Interview... is the first step. They don't necessarly pick the person who speaks the most, it's the value of the answer you give. Don't just repeat things, say it and mean it... and don't seem too eager, they know when you are lying... lol... or making things up.
1st interview was a group interview with about 8 people, if they liked you they called you back for a second interview 1 on 1 with all of the managers.

Interview
Phone interview at first then invited to group interview. Last interview was with the department manager. Very long process. At first they wanted to know my personality and see how serious I was about the job. In the group interview they wanted to know how comfortable we were as sells people and in the last interview the department manager asked me about my experience with merchandising. It took about 3 weeks to get an offer.
